A gift card is purchased for any hotel services, the denomination of the gift card can be any at the buyer’s discretion. Activation occurs immediately after purchase, the validity period of the gift card is – 3 years from the date of activation.
The gift card can only be used if there are available rooms for the requested dates/free time with spa specialists, only when booking DIRECTLY (without intermediaries).
Reservation of rooms, spa services are made IN ADVANCE.
The gift card can be used several times within the denomination and validity period.
The gift card is not subject to return and exchange for cash.
